This page explains what the Charisma form stores and how your selected contact method is used.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Charisma LLC is responsible for processing applications. For application and personal data enquiries: charismaproduction@gmail.com.
2. Data and purpose
The form stores your name, selected messenger and contact (Telegram or WhatsApp), optional location, page language, submission date, consent and confirmation of age 18+. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry. No photos, documents or payment details are requested.
3. Consent and choice
Consent covers handling your enquiry and contacting you through the selected channel, not advertising or entering a contract. City and country are optional. Without contact details, we cannot get in touch.
4. Storage, access and services
Applications are stored in a database on a server managed by Charisma. The Charisma owner manages them in a private Telegram bot panel and can appoint moderators. Moderators can access only applications assigned to them. Opening a card sends the name, selected contact, location, language, date and application status to Telegram. New-application alerts do not include contact details. The owner can also download a copy of applications. The hosting provider, Telegram and WhatsApp, if selected for correspondence, operate under their own policies and may process data outside your country. Deleting an application from the site database does not automatically delete Telegram messages or downloaded files; send deletion requests to charismaproduction@gmail.com. Applications are retained for 90 days after submission. They are then excluded from the list and exports and automatically deleted at the next daily cleanup. Contact the Charisma team to request earlier deletion. Downloaded copies and messenger conversations are stored separately; the Charisma team reviews requests to delete them. Database backups are retained for up to 7 days; the 90-day application retention rule is reapplied after restoration.
5. Data requests
For access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent, email charismaproduction@gmail.com and provide the contact used in your application. The team may verify that the application belongs to you. Withdrawing consent stops further processing to contact you about the application.
6. Technical data
The landing page uses no advertising pixels, analytics or visitor sign-in. The server and hosting provider may process technical logs to operate and protect the website.
